My name is Kyle Ward.   I am a certified Designated Examiner for the State of Oklahoma. What this means is that I can administer driving tests to people who have the following qualifications:

  • If you are under 18 years of age, you must have had a Learner's Permit for at least six months. If you are over 18, then you must have had your Learner's Permit for at least 30 days.

AND

  • If you are under 16.5 then you must have COMPLETED a driver's education course and be able to bring the completion certificate to the test. This can be completed through either a commercial or public school, or through a state approved parent-taught driver safety program. If you are over 16.5, then you do not need a driver's education course.

I am a high school teacher and coach at Haskell Public Schools, so all of the driving exam times and days could vary according to my schedule until school is out for the summer.

My driving exam course is located in Haskell, However, you do not have to be from Haskell to schedule an exam. As long as you meet the requirements of completing driver's education and having had a permit for six months, then you may schedule an appointment.
