What Do I Need to Schedule Exam
You must bring the following items with you to take the exam:

Learner's Permit (must have been issued at least six months prior if you are under 18. Over 18, it must have been issued at least 30 days prior).

Driver's Education completion certificate if you are under 16.5.

A current insurance verification for the vehicle you will be driving

​Payment of $40.00 (cash, check or Venmo) to be paid at time of exam.

Email me a picture of your permit and if you have taken driver's ed. This will speed up paperwork.

If you have any disabilities, such as epilepsy, diabetes, hearing loss, etc., email me a list. This does not effect your test. I just need it for my paperwork.

Before the driving exam begins your vehicle will be inspected for the following items:

Current tag and insurance

Properly working signal lights, back up lights brake lights, and horn

Your car must be in proper working order including seat belts, mirrors, windshield, etc.
* Please make sure that your vehicle is in proper working order before your appointment as there are no exceptions and the driving exam will be cancelled.
